Consultation
We provide practical, compliance-focused consultation for organizations providing IEPs and 504 plans to individuals. Our services combine clear interpretation of federal and state special education law, hands-on problem solving, and systems-level thinking to help evaluate programs and bridge gaps in communication with families. Group Coaching Package

Want coaching and a small group to grow with, share ideas, get accountable, and celebrate wins? The program includes pre/post assessments, goal-setting, skills practice, group discussion/accountability, and weekly emails to support your progress. Materials are provided and groups are limited to six people. Individual Mini Sessions are held before and after group coaching to meet personal needs. Completion of the Group Coaching Package unlocks a discount on the Individual Coaching Package and access to the paid Basic Monthly Support Subscription.

Advocacy
We provide special education and IEP/504 advocacy services to help families navigate school systems and secure appropriate supports and services for students with disabilities. Services are tailored to each family.
We focus on meaningful access, measurable progress, and inclusive placement options, ensuring educational decisions prioritize the student’s needs, legal entitlements, and long-term learning outcomes. Services can be delivered as one-time consultations, meeting support, and/or ongoing advocacy partnerships. Our sliding scale rates for this service reflect our commitment to client-centered supports and advocacy for students. Learn more here.
