Individual Coaching Cycle
Want to try out coaching or need extra follow-up after an Individual or Group Coaching Package? A 3-week Coaching Cycle may fit.
Week 1: short email questionnaire and 15-minute mini session.
Week 2: 45-minute coaching session.
Week 3: 15-minute mini session and a wrap-up email.
Completion of an Individual Coaching Cycle unlocks access to the paid Basic Monthly Support Subscription.
Basic Monthly Support Subscription
Motivation. Tips. Accountability. Boosters.
Available only to previous clients. Includes a weekly accountability email, email/text response within 24 hours (up to 4 times per month), and 1 Mini Session (15 min) per month. Additional Mini Sessions are available at a discounted rate.

Consultation
We provide practical, compliance-focused consultation for organizations providing IEPs and 504 plans to individuals. Our services combine clear interpretation of federal and state special education law, hands-on problem solving, and systems-level thinking to help evaluate programs and bridge gaps in communication with families. Group Coaching Packages
8-10 sessions—Weekly, 45 min
3 Mini Sessions—Individually scheduled, 15 min
Want coaching and a small group to grow with, share ideas, get accountable, and celebrate wins? The programs include pre/post assessments, goal-setting, skills practice, group discussion/accountability, and weekly emails to support your progress. Materials are provided and groups are limited to eight people. Individual Mini Sessions are held 1 before/1 during/1 after group coaching to meet personal needs.
Level 1—focus on skill building and small changes.
Level 2—deep dive into strategies, skill building, and targeted changes.
Completion of the Group Coaching Package unlocks a discount on the Individual Coaching Package and access to the paid Basic Monthly Support Subscription.
Advanced Monthly Support Subscription
Targeted Support. Responsive Motivation. Tips. Accountability.
Available only to clients completing an Individual Coaching Package. Includes a personalized weekly accountability email, a weekly accountability text, email/text response within 24 hours (up to 8 times per month), and 2 Mini Sessions (15 min) per month. Additional Mini Sessions are available at a discounted rate.

Mini Session

Advocacy
We provide special education and IEP/504 advocacy services to help families navigate school systems and secure appropriate supports and services for students with disabilities. Services are tailored to each family.
We focus on meaningful access, measurable progress, and inclusive placement options, ensuring educational decisions prioritize the student’s needs, legal entitlements, and long-term learning outcomes. Services can be delivered as one-time consultations, meeting support, and/or ongoing advocacy partnerships.
